HIRSCHHORN KIDS: “WE SPEAK”

Haus5 Lab.Co was thrilled to partner with the Washington, D.C., public school system to bring the "We Speak" project to life. This initiative was designed to introduce children to modern art through a comprehensive art curriculum that included a color palette, typography, logo design, page layouts, and custom vector illustrations.

"We Speak" aimed to inspire and empower the next generation of creators, artists, and problem solvers. To achieve this, the project aimed to tell the stories of modern and contemporary artists in an engaging and instructive way that would be accessible to children under the age of 12. By learning about the lives of artists, children could better understand their own potential and place in the world while also gaining insights into the ways in which personal experience and history influence artistic expression.

Haus5 Lab.Co developed an easy-to-follow, engaging PDF featuring artist biographies and projects that children could use in the classroom and at home. The PDF was designed to help children identify with the artists and their work and encourage in-person visits to exhibits. By presenting the biographies and projects in an accessible and engaging format, Haus5 Marketing Co. hoped to inspire a new generation of artists and creative problem solvers.
