  • Haus5 Lab.Co collaborated with Total Wine & More to address the challenges presented by the COVID pandemic. Renowned for their exceptional in-store customer experience, Total Wine & More faced the urgent need to maintain customer engagement and satisfaction in an environment where in-person shopping was restricted.

  • The primary objective was to swiftly pivot Total Wine & More's point of sale (POS) to a digital platform, ensuring a seamless and intuitive online shopping experience. The challenge was to replicate the personalized assistance customers received in-store, making them feel confident and comfortable with the new online POS.

  • Haus5 Lab.Co developed an innovative strategy to bring the in-store experience directly to customers' homes. We introduced Tim, a personable and knowledgeable staff member from Total Wine & More, who virtually guided customers through the online shopping process. Tim's friendly demeanor and expert recommendations quickly became a hit with customers.

    Building on this success, Tim's presence was integrated into the holiday delivery campaign, enhancing customer engagement during a critical sales period. Additionally, we designed a customized delivery logo to spearhead the monthly delivery email promotions, ensuring the campaign's impact extended well beyond its initial launch.

    The success of this new delivery service campaign demonstrated the power of recreating the in-store experience at home. By effectively transitioning the POS to an online format and leveraging the expertise of their staff, Total Wine & More maintained customer loyalty and drove sales, showcasing their adaptability and innovation in a challenging retail environment.
